When Brave Boss Babe Ellie came in to my studio she was in a state of transition. She’d changed careers, changed housing arrangements, was single, and was declaring 2020 to be the year that she thrived!
She is ready to take time to make herself and what she needed a priority. She is a giver by nature so it is only natural that most of the time she feels tapped out. She gives and gives and gives to everyone around herself, but then feels worn out and empty because she hasn’t taken the time to really give back to herself.
And you know how the saying goes, you cannot pour from an empty cup!
Ellie was ready from the moment she booked to make herself a priority for once! When I text her to remind her about her session she responded eagerly and excitedly! I knew were we going to have an AMAZING time just from how she responded.
She asked a few last minute questions about wardrobe and what she needed to bring and I text her back with the answers so she would feel totally prepared for her session. She went over the information I sent her over email about how the shoot would run along with collection options and then reviewed her Before You Boudoir guide [ that is FULL of tips and tricks and other boudoir goodness that you can sign-up for by going here ] so she felt totally prepared for her session.
Once it was done she couldn’t believe the results! She laughed and smiled through the entire day-of-viewing session. She LOVED her photos. We came up with the perfect collection for her, put together the best order that worked for her and her budget, and created tons of awesome memories! On top of that now Ellie has started her year feeling amazing and investing in herself and her own self-care in a real, tangible way that she will have for decades to come in the form of her photos.
